Martijn Kessler and Cas Hofstee are the driving forces behind Studio Kessler. Their collaboration is a model for the collaboration with TMup: always looking for active involvement of all team members and participants in workshops.
Their Roadmap concept is ingenious in its simplicity: a map is created of the participants' journey. From Good to Gold, from the everyday to the Flow. Under the guidance of Martijn, Cas and Marc Lammers, everyone is given the space to put certainties and uncertainties, hard and soft, on the map. All input is put on a collection card in real time, with a beautiful visual end result: a roadmap that incorporates all the insights that the participants obtained during Marc's training and MTup's workshop.
The roadmap safeguards agreements made and is the navigation tool in the rapidly changing business landscape.
